Now I am sure many security people will agree with me that this seems to be the ultimate trade off.  I saw this yesterday and had to comment. This is the new User Account control option in Windows 7 which allows users to “customize” (aka tone down or even disable) UAC settings. Whoa, just think about that there for a minute will you! Yes I am sure it seems like a great idea for the user, but at what cost. Despite what people have said about Vista, heavy on RAM etc there is no doubt in my mind that its leap years ahead in terms of Windows XP security.  Still it’s an interesting trade off isn’t it? Hell it reminds me of traffic lights, there just an inconvenience as well!!!
