Well this weekend I have been hard at work developing a new Social Network Security course for the US Military. With short deadlines I had to cancel a family trip in order to get the work done. I am still here in Belgium and unfortunately due to a heavy workload I have not seen much of it.

Now I realised I forgot to post my security blooper pictures this week so here you go. As you may or may not know I was recently on a family holiday in Paris. During our visit we went to see the famous Mona Lisa painting at the Louvre. On entering the building our bags were checked for, I don’t know what, a can of coke perhaps!! And not once did we have to go through any kind of scanner or search process. I will tell you it’s a good job I left my Kalashnikov at home :0)

Seriously though, if you are going to implement security at least do it right or not at all. Tomorrow it’s back to normality as I am teaching another Windows 7 MasterClass followed by Windows Server 2008 R2 on Tuesday. Then it’s home…at least for a few days.
